Let’s Get Michelle that Thermomix!

Hi,

My name is Michelle. In July 2011 at the age of 39 I lost my stomach due to stomach cancer.  I am truly blessed to have survived this experience.  My life going forward is all about inspiring others, eating healthy, taking daily suppliments to help meet my nutritional needs, maintain weight and keeping proactive with my cancer plan.

I am a visionary artist and currently work from home. Going back to full time employment with my 'new plumbing' is a daunting thought and something I am not sure I will ever be able to do again. Hence setting up this fundraising page in the hope I can raise enough money to buy a very much wanted thermomix to help me out with my daily food intake.

As you may imagine living without a stomach does change the type of food you eat and the amount, so it is essential I try as many healthy options as possible.  A thermomix will help me make quick, healthy, easily digestable meals for me and my family but is currently a pipe dream due to the cost of purchasing one.  

If I am lucky enough to raise enough to purchase one any additional funds will be sent to my two favorite charities www.johnloganfoundation.com.au and www.nostomachforcancer.org.
