Let me hear my daughter’s laughter

Hi! My name is Lina Lalin. I have a profound hearing loss for both ears which I incurred due to drug overdose when I was 12 years old. I had a severe type of dengue and my survival rate was zero. My only chance was a miracle and indeed I survived...but as the saying goes, "we can't have it all at the same time." In exchange of my survival from dengue is total hearing loss on the left ear and severe hearing loss on the right ear. I was advised that as I grow older I will eventually lose my right ear too. I managed to live a normal life with the help of my family and friends. I am proud to have graduated with honors and build my own small family.

But the day we all feared has arrived. I am diagnosed with profound hearing loss on the right ear and sadly, it is no longer benefiting with hearing aid... I couldn't hear anymore and my usual jolly life has become dull and lifeless. I can't just stop living my life because I have four year old daugther. I want to guide her as she take her first step in school until the day she reach her dreams. That is why I created this campaign, please let me her my daughter's laught again.
