Let Benji Walk

Benji is a 10 month old Labradoodle. I've had him since he was 8 weeks old. His favorite things are waiting for you to wake up in the morning, licking your place, playing fetch with rubber balls, and being by your side to comfort you. He often watches television daily and cuddles right beside you.

Last years my Wife and I  registered for pet insurance and assumed that everything would be ok; in December one day we noticed that Benji was limping after a run in the park and thought nothing of it but just a sprained angle. Weeks later we decided to give Benji inflammatory medication and gradually started noticing  that his left from foot was moving to the right more and more; the vet confirmed though x-rays that one bone has grown larger than the other and it was due to trauma. Benj condition got worse and his limping was more severe and after a while right foot was moving to a 45 degree angle. 2 weeks ago the Vet said that he needs an operation as the condition will gradually get worse and worse until  he is in Major Pain. After many battles with the The Pet Insurance company they recently let us know that they will not cover the operation as they determined that this is a pre-existing condition, which was heart breaking. The vet told us that operation will cost $6000. Benji may not be bright, but he makes up for it in love.

Any help would be appreciated! There is nothing I love more to see Benji walk or run without any discomfort.
