Leptospirosis Treatment Cost For My Father

Hi and greetings to all the good people here.

Behalf of my father Mr. CHONG Kok Thong, his son, Mr. CHONG Kah Kit, hereby would appreciate some assistance from the good people here in assisting me to gather funds for my father.

My father Mr. CHONG Kok Thong, age 60, being send to hospital for seeking treatment after sick for fews week, after fews doctors, the hospital found out that my father, was diagnosed with Leptospirosis.

Without proper treatment and funding, Leptospirosis can lead to kidney damage, meningitis (inflammation of the membrane around the brain and spinal cord), liver failure, respiratory distress, and even death.

The fund will be used as assistant for me to cover hospital costs, meds, well being after treatment, transport and etc. The reason of assistance, cause I'm unable to cover overall cover of the my father hospitalization, since my I'm just normal employee in hotel, and barely supporting my father with my current salary.
