Lend a helping Hand for Sam!

His name was Sam his a very close friend to me. Sam always helping people until when this happen last year. His friend was drunk driving he got into an accident here in UAE, his friend was arrested and put in jail Sam was the first friend to come and check his friend in jail and his friend pleaded for help. Sam didn't think twice even he didn't have anything he help his friend Sam used his Credit card to pay the fine so his friend can go out.His friend promises him after getting out of jail to pay him back but it didn't happened. He ran away and go back to his country leaving Sam with a huge amount of debt in the bank. We tried contacting him but were not successful until Sam is the one paying the minimum dues and penalty but Sam is also having financial problem due to other personal loan. Seeing Sam having this issue makes me feel bad at all I helped Sam in anyways I could aswell but due to corona I cant do anything now. This is the only way I think I could help him in finishing the problem. We can't pay anymore even the minimum dues and the penalty is increasing due to this they will use the security cheque but there's no funds on it so, if it bounce they will file a criminal case and he might get arrested we need to collect the amount as soon as possible. He doesn't deserve this please help me save him.
