₱0.00raised of ₱500,000.00 goal
Ever since the Enhanced Community Quarantine was implemented in the Philippines last March 15, 2020, many of our health workers and frontliners had to walk long hours just to get to their work or to go back home because public transport was suspended.
The Lend-A-Bike Project is an initiative to help alleviate this COVID-19 medical crisis by providing bicycles as alternative transport for our frontliners and health workers so that they can still perform their duties.
As of April 3, 2020, we were able to raise Php 162, 217.00 in cash donations, donated 102 bikes to 20 hospitals, institutions, LGU and connected/paired more than 80 lenders and borrowers.
We are still receiving thousands of requests to provide bikes to frontliners in need. It is important that we are able to provide transport to our frontliners because they are holding the line for us in this fight against COVID19.
We are raising funds so that we can continue to buy bicycles and provide frontliners in need. If you have an extra bike that you can donate or lend, or if you can donate money to buy bikes, helmets and other accessories, please support this fundraiser. A decent bike cost around Php 4,000. We are targeting to buy 100 bicycles this time. You may donate any amount. We promise your donation will get to a health worker or frontliner in need.
