Legalize Marijuana in All States for Medical and Recreational

I am raising money to produce bumper stickers for vehicles. I need to start out with a small investment to see how it works. The purpose is to get Voters across the United States to vote YES on legalization of marijuana for recreational and medical use. We all know marijuana is much safer than Alcohol.
