legal rights are important

My name is Marilena Dinu from Bucharest, Romania
and I still have a small company called
D.D.E. Trading Ltd, active in printing industry

In 2012 when despite the economical crises in Romania my small trading company had profits, small but existed, the company was robbed.
I had a leasing for a company car, I paid with no delay for 5 years, I ended the contract, I paid everything and the leasing company belonging to Garanti Bank took the car with no announcement and with no documents to justify the take over the car.
I made complaint to the police, I sued them, I paid few lawyers, few law companies, and at the end despite I proved the payments, I calculated that I paid in 5 years month by month 3350 euro over the amount mentioned in the contract.
Police delayed the case endless, till the Attorney said he did not have any proves and the guys that took of the car were not guilty, they gave a verdict! Direct!
The judge said that the action against the leasing company was not well done, (I paid layer to do it! ) and after him all judges took his decision as granted and I could not win at any Court in Romania .
The leasing company Garanti Leasing sold the car in few weeks they showed to Court a fake sale contract, because the car was registered after that on another name not at the name from the contract.
I lost the car, lot of money and due to that I lost suppliers annoyed by this problem, I lost customers until were no money even to pay taxes for salary.
My father got ill, I had to stay with him most of the time, in his last year of life 2017, he must stay in hospital and due to his illness me and my sister had to stay with him in the hospital in order to be sure he is going to not refuse the stay there for treatment, he was not able to walk, he needed lot of care.
I am happy that I was able to provide care and everything was necessary for him. But that affected my professional life, my company suffered, sales dropped.
As I wrote I found new suppliers but I have no chance to get a loan to finance imports.
I also have the option to go to International Court - CEDO - in order to find justice for my company, for my self.
But I need finance for a good lawyer specialist in international law.

So bottom line:
- I want to succeed again with my company
- I want to find justice for all those years when I paid my car, I worked very hard for it. I had my last vacation in 2018.
Honestly it is a good cause.
