Legal Malpractice

My former attorney, without my knowledge or consent, listed my property as a short sale with the bank, after the Judge ruled that the bank lacked standing to bring the case and dismissed the foreclosure. I was fortunate though, because I found out about the short sale and halted it just before the bank sold the property. So, instead of stopping his predatory practices and leaving me and my family in peace, my former attorney is now suing me for an exorbitant amount in unfounded legal fees. In order to demonstrate to this attorney that egregious misconduct does not pay, I would appreciate financial assistance in hiring a competent malpractice lawyer.
