Legal Fund for Janice Fiamengo’s Human Rights Tribunal

Dr. Janice Fiamengo, a professor at the University of Ottawa, has been accused of a human rights violation. A former student alleges that Fiamengo deliberately failed to accommodate her disability when setting an exam. When accused by social justice activists, universities have failed to protect even Nobel prize winners, like Dr. Tim Hunt, or university presidents. These allegations are fully rejected but Fiamengo must endure a lengthy Social Justice Tribunal which could damage her career, and it is imperative that Fiamengo, who also hosts The Fiamengo File on YouTube channel Studio Brulé, receive legal assistance through this ordeal.

1. Janice has contacted a lawyer, so legal costs will begin immediately. The tribunal will be in 6-12 months and will last 5-10 days. Expenses could mount very quickly, however we will post updates.

2. All funds will be reserved for legal fees until the trial has completed and all legal expenses are paid.
