Legal Fund for End Bullying and Stalking Violence in Deaf Community

Bully, Deaf, learn disability, untreated for schizophrenia/bipolar woman who stalking and bully me for 8 years and I filed harassment on her three time with CSPD in 2015, 2016 and 2017. I posted deaf community accountability in Facebook as long I followed community standards policy after they warned her to not harass me and use third party to harass me on 1/12/15. She use CSPD to take my 6/7 years old post down because she don’t want deaf community know that she is bullying deaf community with dark history that she have no HS diploma, no driver license, lost 9 custody of her children in CA escaped from CPS to raise her last child in here with her ex husband with long history of domestic violence with 40 calls within 18 month in police report sit in my file from DA with false allegations on deaf community. She called 4 time and failed due to date til she tricked 5th police with date of my profile picture from 2017 in 2019 that aren’t match to my picture profile in 2019 lead to my arrested on 11/14/20 for violation of protection order but her protection order on me closed two time on 1/12/2015 after CSPD warned her to not harass me directly and cant use third party to harassed me again on 12/4/19 due to no evidence of DV that lead to my injuries from police brutality then she did it again to use CSPD harassed me for have sheriff served protection order on her ex sex offender boyfriend with my address. They couldn’t serve him at my house and left business card on my door with his name. I made harassment report on her for use my address and police didn’t arrest her after warned her in 2015 but she did it again to get my attention then her case were close in June that means I never go to jail if judge don’t approve her protection order. I believed she want see my address after sheriff showed her while I m on violence against women act lease. I don’t deserve go to jail after they closed her protection order case due to no evidence of domestic violence. She lied to police three different time in three different police report that we are lover while she’s married and have no picture of us together or email show that we are officially in relationship along with her confession in court transcripts that she admitted we were not in relationship that helped me win my case in her protection order on me with no lawyer present. She lied to police that I were her ex husband’s girlfriend while they have no proof and my children are my witnesses. Also she lied to police that I m married while I have divorce certificate in my file. My public defender failed show judge my proof of post removed on 10/30/19 in my screenshot then DA offered me to accepted guilty plea after offered drop first case with 2 year probation because no one help me remove my address then clerk told me to see judge and went to jail after I confronted her with my children’s presence. She lied to police that my 15 years old son scratched her car while she don’t own car with her permit license and they never arrest my son on 5/15/20. She made false report on me a day after I got out of jail right after we went out of protection order court 11/20/19 but police never arrest me because of no evidence. CSPD never hold her accountability for make over 30 false allegations call via 911 within 18 months on police report. Mental Health provider @ jail told me in my note that bully changed from my address to her address on protection order on her ex sex offender boyfriend while I were in jail that lead to dismissed case a month later after I got out of jail. That’s something I shouldn’t go to jail first place after judge closed her protection order case. Also her convict meth addict pedophile husband stated he have proof of her message that she want kill me and others in deaf community via social media with my full name on his Facebook page in my screenshot. They got advantage of my vulnerability while they knew that I m single mom with no relatives live here. She knew that CSPD will not do anything if we aren’t related and made it domestic violence issues to put me in jail. CSPD dismissed her harassment allegations on me because of 2 years statue of limitations already passed but CSPD overlooked that my deaf community accountability post were 6/7 years old showed that I followed Facebook Community Standards policy. I shouldn’t go to jail when CSPD, DA and probation knew that my post were in 2017 and they assumed that I don’t comply protection order in 2019. She got judge approved after she asked judge to give her more time for her to hire attorney and want 1 more interpreter on 10/30/19. That’s something she should have prepared before file protection order or have her attorney handle it but she made excuse to have judge approved to place protection order on me til I win with no attorney’s help on 12/4/19. This time I need attorney to handle my situation, file protection order and I want hold them accountability for defamation and make sure they are off the street to make us feel safe again. I experienced stalking violence with vandalism on my properties since last year that I suspected she did it after sheriff showed her my address via screenshot in my file from DA that forced me install home security and submitted violence against women act application with my landlord this week to make us feel safe. My children and I were traumatized and cried for few days because of false allegations and hope you get on my board to make us feel safe. My attorney will handle my criminal defense, protection order, and domestic violence case. I want take bully to court for false allegations and domestic violence as Deaf community accountability before she gone on false allegations rampage in deaf community for years that don’t make us feel safe in our community anymore.
