Alex’s Defense Legal Fund

Back in March of this year, my son Alex was in a popular club with some friends of his in Bloomington, Indiana finishing his 4th year of college. A girl came to their table and told them her friends had left without her and Alex gave her a ride home. All seemed to be OK for this was just a one time event with her. So when he was questioned by detectives in September he lied to protect himself from a probation violation charge of being in a bar. He was on probation for a charge from Elkhart 2014 and had 1 more year to go and was doing excellent regarding his probation. He is now in real bad trouble due to a girl who claims they had non - consensual sex. I assure everyone this is false, Ashleigh and I saw Alex in November and know what I saw in his eyes...the truth!!! We are Trying to raise money for a great attorney, that is not court appointed, so that his future is protected from this false accusation. As it is now, it is her word against his and the history of our courts do favor the woman. If anyone can help with any amount it will mean so much and Alex has agreed to pay everyone back that helps us. When we get him home he will be working 2 jobs to be able to do this. So far Alex is doing well, he has re committed his life to the Lord and wants to be Baptized Christmas Eve!! Praise the Lord for this!! I have lost my job and have 2 surgeries coming up that will keep me from work till April otherwise I would never have started such a campaign. Merry Christmas to all.
