Legal fees to protect daughter

Ok where do I start. My daughter was sexually molested on 4 occasions from xmas til this past spring break while visiting her dad in California. No it wasnt her dad but his girlfriends 13 year old son. My daughter is 6 years old. I just became aware of it and the investigation is in process. I refuse to let her go back this summer as she has been diagnosed with PTSD and will need counseling and mental exams. To cover myself from viloating the court order and going to jail for comptempt of court for not letting her go, the father said he will push this if I violate the court order. I have to pay legal fees of 3000 dollars, im just trying to protect my daughter as anyone would. I am not trying to keep my daughter from seeing him I just want her to finish her counseling and recover and when she is ready to go she can go back. i am sucking up my pride and asking for donations to help me.
