Legal Fees Needed

My name is Connie. I am a single mother of three incredible children ages 16 yrs, 14 yrs and 3 yrs. My ex husband currently resides in the family home. I am fine with him keeping the home since I cannot afford it. However, he is doing his best to avoid buying out my share of the home. He is a physician making $230K/year. I need to raise $1800 to make a deposit to secure a mediator to start my community property settlement. Legally, he will be held responsible for the remaining $1800 balance. I am currently working 2 jobs to make ends meet. My 16 yr old son recently took a job in an effort to help me with bills. This is not a burden than any child should have. It is not his responsibility to pay our bills.
