I'm a mother and wife (who's been married for over 26 years, to a chronically MISdiagnosed, now cognitively AND physically disabled man)...long story short, we are about to be kicked out of our home by a LOCAL*, CORRUPT BANK. This is due to a CLEARLY UNLAWFUL FORECLOSURE that they've been pursuing on our home (which btw, we had put down 20% on, plus added major, necessary upgrades to) ! ! ! ! !

I HAVE YET TO HAVE "DUE PROCESS" REGARDING HOW THIS BOGUS FORECLOSURE EVEN BEGAN, DUE TO NEVER BEING ABLE TO FIND AN ATTORNEY WILLING AND ABLE to represent me [AS SOON AS he/she hears that it has to do with "BANK FRAUD", I would be CUT SHORT, then told a LAME/VAGUE excuse as to the reason they're not able to help (ie. "Actually, I'm going on vacation next week", or "Our office has a conflict of interest", with NO MORE details than that), or they JUST NEVER GET BACK TO ME AT ALL]...the OTHER reason I haven't had DUE PROCESS, is due to NEVER HAVING BEEN ALLOWED TO SPEAK ABOUT "BANK FRAUD" (NOR EVEN INSINUATE IT) IN COURT, WHENEVER I REPRESENTED MYSELF ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Only recently, have I found an attorney who's willing and able to help us, since he's OUTSIDE OF OUR GEOGRAPHICAL AREA, but...he's asking for a retainer of $23,500 (for reviewing and discussing my case, and for filing and litigating an appeal) ! ! !

(Fyi, I'VE EVEN CONTACTED LOCAL AND OTHER NEWS MEDIA OUTLETS IN THE PAST, IN ORDER TO GET THIS OUT INTO THE PUBLIC, but..NOT O N E OF THEM HAS EVER GOTTEN BACK TO ME ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! )

*Despite the fact that this bank is LOCAL, they act JUST LIKE any of the BIG BANKS ! ! !
