Legal Fee for Gender Change In Malaysia National Identity Card

I urgently need monetory support for my application via Malaysia High Court to change my gender from male to female in my Malaysia national identity card, upon completion of my gender reassignment surgery in Bangkok, Thailand. As Malaysia is a muslim country, no prior success application reported for Muslim community. As a non muslim in the country, there were only 2 success cases reported in 2005 and 2016 and decisions were made by progressive judges. Chance to meet a progress judge is like throwing the dice. The cost of applications including but not limited to legal fee and medical report fees (I have to obtain seperate medical report from local medical practitioners as per case law the court will not accept oversea medical report).

I opt to apply for the change of the gender in my national identity card as I have met endless discriminations (from police to imigration and government doctor) due to no formal recognition of my acquired gender. The application, is allowed, enable me to live with dignity and to mitigate the endless gender discrimination.

For quick intro, I am now 42, living alone and have been abandoned by my family member since my mum past away. Due to continual anxiety and society stigmanation, I am only surviving with a very small scale online business with uncertain daily income between USD25-USD40
