Legal Defense money for my son, wrongfully charged while mentally challenged

We need funds for a good criminal attorney who can navigate through this case to prove that an extreme injustice has occured. My son was charged with a burglary which he doesn't remember doing because he suffered a head injury (15 staples) and was put in an drug induced coma. (He was given 10 mg of versed, propofol and fentanyl) He was released from the hospital 3 hours after coming out of the coma. He became lost, disoriented in the woods and went into a house to try to use a phone. He was there for 3 hours, didn't know where he was. He took a shower and a nap. He brought items from the house out and put them into the middle of the road. He told the officers he was helping his Aunt move and a U-haul truck was coming in the morning to pick the items up in the road. He was then arrested. We have proof of all of the above. He is in a county jail and is given psych. drugs around the clock. He has never been on psych drugs in his life. Please help us with any donation you can.
