legal defense for the falsely accused

Back in 2012 my grandmother got terminally ill and became bed ridden so my mother was taking her to the doctor to get help but they kept sending her home saying they couldn't do much for her but cut her leg off which was a big risk because of how small she was and said she could die if they do the procedure. My Grandmother told me and my mother that she did not want her leg cut off so we chose not to get it cut off because the Dr's did not even do any blood work on her to diagnose what was wrong. The thing that had me upset is how long it took for them to see her because the first time one of the nurses misplaced my grandmothers paper work and caused her to miss her appointment and the 2nd time the Dr had to go out of town so her appointment had to get caneceled once again.T'he third week she was seen they did not do anything but sent her home and told my mother since she didn't want to get the leg cut off they were not going to be comming back to help so thats when my mother had to take charge along with some friends of her's who were in the medical field. Well unfortunately on august 8th of 2013 my grandmother passed in her sleep and my grandmothers only sister living told the investigators that my mother didn't take my grandmother to the dr and frabricated other lies causing my mother to get locked up saying she was neglectfull towards my grandmother after she took care of my grandmother for over 40 years with no problems.They are trying to give my mother 15 years for something she did not do so im trying to raise at least 10,000 for her legal defense to fight against this false allegation.I had to pawn things to get my mother out of jail.They called her a bitch and told her she was not going to go to her own mothers funeral and mistreated her as if she was a killer but because of my determination she made it.Its sad family having a personal vendetta has caused an innocent woman to fight for her freedom.If anyone out ther could help me I would surely appreciate it and would be greatfull.
