I am currently serving in the US Army and will be getting out after eight years of service.  I joined the Army late in my life, age 34, in order to provide a reliable income to support my family after the housing market crashed in 2008 leaving me with no way to provide for my family.  My career in the Army has been a exciting one with multiple deployments around the world.  My body will not hold up to the constant hard pounding life style of the Army so I will be separating after eight years of service.  We as a family have decided that it would be nice to keep our two kids in the school system they are currently in, to keep friends through their school time and stay in the small town school system.   The business we are looking to open is a property management and preservation company.  Being that we live in between two military bases there is a lot of rental property and unfortunately foreclosures as well.  We would like to get the business started before I separate from the Army in late 2016 in order to have a steady income.  We are looking to get the business up and running by the start of fall 2015.  The business will be run from our home so start-up costs are not as high as getting a commercial space.  Most of the money required to start up the business will be used for marketing, website design, and supplies for property maintenance (i.e. lawn equipment, and construction tools).   Our goal for this start-up is $10,000 but any money will help us in my family new adventure and we thank you in advance for your support.
