Leave a Toxic Abusive Household

I am 25 year old female living in a toxic South Asian Muslim household. Given the fact that we are South Asian and Muslim, I can't leave the house unless I am married to someone they chose for me. Both my parents and sibling is a Narc. They constantly try to abusive me verbally and manipulate me if I stand up for myself. I have nowhere to turn other than ask help from strangers.
