learning to get a job

I'm Mohamed 24 years old from Egypt. I graduated from university in 2017 i joined the Egyptian army and completed my my service at the army 1/3/2018 ,

For the bad situation of the country after the revelation of 25 Jan 2011 it's hard to find job and it lead to
Price inflation so I decided to learn programming and computer sciences but it will cost me money in my country to get PC for workstation, books and paid online and offline courses thank you for your help and hope to see you to pay back the favor .
