Learning Fund for PhD Student

I am recently seeking for funding for supporting a non-local PhD student in her study journey. As we all know, the studentship for the PhD student are quite low and they have to use their studentship to pay for the tuition fee. This girl is longing for a laptop to facilitate for her study and hoping for some funding to support for her accommodation as she cannot bit for the hostel in the University. She is actively looking for freelance job and exerting her own ways to save and secure financial resources. She would definitely need other people's help.
