Lawyers Fees (child support)

The Sanders Family is asking for every warm heart to help raise money for legal fees to get court-ordered child support put in place, to help David raise his two daughters, Peyton & Parker.

Early in 2011, David Sanders seperated from his ex-wife. In December that year, a divorce was finalized with a custody plan put in place.  Patricia had promised to pay him a form of child support, but claimed she could not pay very much. David had deviated the court ordered child support, which was about 400$/month, to 0$. He thought, her being the mother of 3 children who was supposed to love and care for her kids, would keep her promise. 

To this day, she owes THOUSANDS of dollars back in school supplies, child-care, after-school care, groceries, medical care, and general clothing and hygeine for the two girls. She has repeatedly promised to pay, and to this day he has received almost a total of $400. Over the last 2 years, she has become increasingly distant towards all her children, almost to a point of neglect. He has feared some weekends to let the girls go with her but, unfortunately there is not much he can do alone.

Patricia sees her two daughters a total of 4 days a month. No calls or other types of communication with her children. Not on their first day of school, holidays, or birthdays. She has given up countless hours with these precious girls to have her 'own' time.  

We desperately need all the help we can get to correct my mistake, and hire a lawyer to help me put Child Support back in order. Over the last 2 years it has become more and more difficult financially, for me to take on the load of all the lives in my household. I love my daughters more than life, and would do whatever I can to make sure they are taken care of.
