- It In 2019 i bought an engine for a superbike for a customer i was just at the infincy of my bussniss when i bought the engine i explained to clive that i would be takeing a 28k loan for engine and other parts and that if the engine did not get to me in the 12weeks as he said it would it wiuld put me in a world of trouble i believed him and took the loan and paid for the engine that was dec 2019 when the motor was due i got told its on the courier so i took the day off work to wait for it it did not arrive i phoned he said there was a delay and i woukd have it the next day so took another dsy off and waited no engine came they did not even bother to ring me about this. When i finaly got hold of him he said that it went to somewhere else and he would get it to me. 3weeks passed and 2days after the delivery date we went into lockdown for the corona scam.. Suddenly it was stuck in a container due to corona so i knew he was a thief at this point 6months passed still no engine just promises my client pulled out of the deal as he was sick of waiting. I have been on the phone to them every month since then and everytime same story they dont know what happened to it. Needless to say it ruined me financially a loan that was meant to be paid out on the sale of the bike was now part of my monthly repayments which my income could not cover.i got him to agree to refund me as i did not need an engine anymore i had over the 1 year repaired the motor in tge bike. Everymonth they promiss ill have my refund by months end and to date no refund. So i now sit with 150k det because i bought an engine. They have threatend me with lawsuits becsuse i told them they are asholes. Hes only doing this cause he knows i dont have the funds to open civil suit agsinst his company. They have insulted me threatend me. Its principal now i want to sue them so i am asking for anyone who can spare some cash to assist me so i can take them to court. I have had sell my bikes so i can survive recosolidate my loans so instead of being done with my loans in 2024 i now have extra 3 years and im almost at retirement age for now im getting deeper in tge shit thsnks to these subhumans that took my money and never drlivered

Im now being sued for 10million for harrasement seems sending emails every week asking for my money back is harrasment go figure i pay for an engine i dont get the engine so not only have i had to pay the loan off i took to buy the engine and. . . . .
