Law Change for Vulnerable Adults and the Elderly in the United Kingdom Petition Campaign.

As our UK elected politicians and media continue to debate over the best way to deal with the growing European refugee humanitarian crisis, our Vulnerable Adults and the Elderly in the United Kingdom are not being given adequate support to eat or drink or care they deserve, I am unable to turn a blind eye and my back on their suffering, change in law needs to happen so that those responsible for covering up malpractices, whether it be management, trade unions or anyone else, should be held accountable in a criminal court. Vulnerable Adults and Elderly, they need our support.

What’s the purpose of raising money in support of Vulnerable Adults and Elderly living in the United Kingdom

What is our purpose in life? We are here to create happiness and to support and help the weak. I believe in the universal struggle for human rights. I have been through a lot and I am still going through very hard and painful times. A journey that is not mine alone, but a journey worth fighting for, as it will provide hope and better health and home care services to all those vulnerable Adults and the Elderly who need it. However, I cannot win this fight on my own and thus urge you to please join me in the fight to make United Kingdom a better place for Weak and Defenceless in the Society.

I was working as a Resource Planner for Individual Solutions SK, Stockport Council privately owned company based in North West England. Our customers were elderly people in need of help and care who depended on us to provide services. Many were not treated with dignity and some cried when they called me, saying they were hungry, asking where their carer was, while I was helpless to send anyone as there was no staff available.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) under The Care Act 2014, CQC do not have the remit to regulate Councils or their Social Services departments, please watch my video and decide, we can't allow councils or social departments not be regulated.

Please help me to fight this struggle and win justice for the adults and vulnerable elderly in our communities who continue to suffer due to greed. This is not only my personal problem; it is a situation about which every one of us should be concerned.

If you agree with me that the weak and defenceless in our society deserve our help and protection, then please join with me to campaign for a change in the law. The more we stand up and say that we will not accept this treatment, the more likely it is that we can truly make a change for a better, fairer society for all. With your help, together we can send a strong message, saying "Enough is enough! The weak and defenceless must be protected in the United Kingdom as a matter of priority. I Say YES to Change.”

“A change is brought about because ordinary people do extraordinary things.” “Change will not come if we wait for some other person, or if we wait for some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.”

How will the money raised be used? Please donate, support this campaign.

The funds raised will be used to campaign for a change in the law to protect whistleblowers like me, vulnerable adults and the elderly and re-examine the Care Quality Commission (CQC) under The Care Act 2014, CQC do not have the remit to regulate Councils or their Social Services departments.

Please Watch video and decide, we can't allow councils or social departments not be regulated

  • Hi Phoebe, Please don't give up. The treatment of the people in need is appalling and your treatment at the hands of people who should be helping to put things right is despicable. Thank you for speaking out. We need more people like you.

  • I think supporting the elderly and the vulnerable adults is a worthwhile cause. We need to look after our elderly and vulnerable adults if we don't who will. Support this cause.
