106th birthdaycoming soon!:)

Hello everybody I just wanted to update everyone and let you know the status of the home repair. Laura Thompson had her 106th birthday March 01, 2016 We had a church, Victory Worship Center who came and volunteered their service to help my Mother and I. They addressed all the issues I had taken pictures of. The big hole in the living room. The hole and leak in her bedroom, The front porch ramp was redone and a new one was put in. The roof was power washed and the a new sealant was put on. The A/C unit was remounted and cleaned and serviced for better performance. A gutter that was blown down was reconnected. God truly has blessed us with help and service. My mother's church Mount Calvary Church also helped to provide supplies and assistance to the church that did the work. My Mother's heart is so full of joy and happiness. When my mother returned home when the work was finished she cried. She was so overcome with happiness.:) Victory church wrote Bible scriptures in the drywall and prayed and blessed the work and the house. Truly God's hand is in the house. I wanted to thank the people who have given financial contributions. We are still taking financial gifts. This comes in handy to getting the rest of the goals accomplished. I am still trying to get the money to purchase the power lift recliner and trying to get a vehicle to get around. But we are happy with whatever your heart feels the need to give. I wanted to say God Bless to each and every one of you who have helped us during this difficult time and who have made our lives a little bit easier. Thank you!.
