Hi, I’m Khandoker Rabbi. I am a 20 years retired veteran from the United States Navy. I was a Jet Mechanic in the Navy and worked on several aircraft engines. I was involved in Martial Art and lots of other games. Even though I wanted to go "PRO" in few sports but didn’t get any chance to do so for my Military commitment. So, few years after retirement I've decided to get involved with the sports and fitness industry.

Most of the fitness gyms have got their own logo printed t-shirts for members, and yes there are events based t-shirts as well. I found out that the gym and the martial arts studio owners usually pay a lot of money to buy these items. After that they usually sell to members after adding a minimal profit margin. So I tried to figure out the steps from manufacturing to end buyer.

At the moment gym owners either order online to different web portals to get customized t-shirts/caps/towels, but in that case gym owners need to complete the logo and finalize the design of their own. So then they need to contact with designers as well. You might know a few similar web portals that are available in the market but only few of them care about the printing and overall manufacturing quality.

This is my plan: My brother who is a computer programmer and an "IT Specialist" knows how to develop and maintain an "e-commerce portal" and I know how to design it. He is also a 5th Degree (Dan) Black Belt in Taekwondo. So if we can launch a website with e-commerce and blogging options available where people can say their opinion regarding sports, health & fitness and buy related products as well, it'll be beneficial to lots of people.

The Website: The website will be connected with different social medias like Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest & Twitter as well as own Youtube channel so people could be more connected to share their views and opinions. As a matter of fact our response to the customers will be fast.

After research I have found few factories from all over the world who assured me the quality. If we can finalize the design with our customers and submit orders for items like (t-shirts, caps, towels, trousers) directly to these factories automatically the price will be reduced as manufacture and print will be done at the same place.

The Problems we are facing: We have identified few problems before starting the business. A factory won’t accept small quantity when it comes to ordering a product. So we need to order in large quantity, but how can we sell the large quantity?

Solutions: We will need to rent a warehouse where we can have an inventory. We will hire few employees who will maintain the website, answer to clients, maintain the stock and upgrade their skills to face the tough world.

In Conclusion: Right now the biggest and hardest problem we are facing is the money. According to our plan, initially we need to invest approximately $20,000 to launch the business with minimal hiccups. I’ll be more than happy to show my appreciation by updating time to time our progress to those who will donate. I thank you for taking the time to read over the plan and goal. This will be more than just a business for supporting gym owners which would be a kind of job that I was always dreamed about. Please share this with friends and family members those who can donate to start the project.
