Launching a Culinary Dream

It has been my dream to attend the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. I am now taking the leap to attend and financial aid will not covering the entire education cost and I would like to not have to take out more loans. The cost of the entire 4 years is $160,000. This will allow me to obtain and associates in culinary arts and a bachelors in culinary science which involves the cooking techniques and machines that are working their way into the modern upscale kitchens. Reading will only get me so far in learning about my dream career field. I have worked in restaurants for the past 5 years but I want to learn more and without this education I will not be able to reach the restaurants that I actually want to be a part of.
