Last time together before grandma goes to Heaven

My grandmother had a brain aneurysm rupture in Nov of last year. She was rushed to Shands hospital in Gainesville fl where she stayed for 1 month. She was in a coma for one week and when she woke up she was not herself. She couldn't talk. Her right side of her body could hardly move. No one believed she would be able to walk, talk, or be the normal grandma that we knew. Well, she came home on January 21, 2013..and I am proud to say she can now walk, she can talk just like before this happened, just like grandma used to. Her only deficit is hearing issues. So now on to the next issue as we are celebrating this miracle, we are now hit by some devastating news. My grandma has been diagnosed with RT lung cancer and it has also went to her tracheal lymph nodes. Without treatment she was given 6 months to one year to live. Grandma has chosen to go without treatment because of the lymph node involvement and well she is just tired :( Our family would like to go on a cruise together with grandma and grandpa as one last family trip for lasting memories together and we are praying she will be well enough to make the trip!! It is very expensive for our wntire family to go on this cruise and any help is apprexiated. It is actually more than i am asking for help with but i am just hoping doe any kind of help please and thank you in advance!Anything you are able to help with is appreciated. Thank you so much!
