Lasik Eye Surgery, Oral Surgery and PCOS treatment

Please help me raise the amount for my daughter for her to be able to undergo lasik eye treatment and have dentures. We, her parents, can't afford for her to have treatment because we only earn $380 combined every month. Her eyes prescription is 900/850 already and I'm worried about that because she also has mild meningitis which might cause her more discomfort that makes her feel dizzy all the time. She also don't have complete and healthy set of teeth and in very bad condition and need to be surgically removed. Please help us. She applied for an acting scholarship but she is now afriad to continue because of her condition. Please help us raise money.
