Shipment of gifts – Huruma Tele Clinic

Dr. Joseph Katana contacted me first over LinkedIn to tell me that he would need some laptops in order to run his clinic in Kenya easier. Also, he’d need furniture and medical supplies but that isn’t my field where I can help. As I asked him as a entrepreneur, what would be in for me in that story he just said: “Nothing but my gratefulness and God’s blessing. If I had something to give in return, I wouldn’t be in need to ask for help”. My heart just broke and I knew that Joseph Katana isn’t a scammer but a person in need and that the universe brought us two together. After an interesting and enjoying WhatsApp call, I decided to help.

We in Europe are privileged and always seeking to help people in a direct and uncomplicated way. Here’s a chance to do so. Even a small gift, gesture or donation is changing the world to a better place.

I asked my friends if they had some spare laptops laying around on a shelf and in no time, I had eight Laptops to spend!

Now the next question was how to send them safely to East Kenya? After another chat with Dr. Katana it was clear that it must be sent by professionals and that would cost something.

Dr. Katana and his whole staff would be extremely grateful if we managed to raise the money in order to pay DHL to ship these laptops safely to the Huruma Tele Clinic in Kenya.
