architectural crisis!

Hi, My name is Joe, i will be off to uni in the next few months to study architectural technology. For this course i require a relatively powerful laptop to run software as my current laptop now struggles to load word, the keyboard sometimes stops working completely and will it randomly crash after an hour... This causes me to loose alot of work and makes it very difficult to keep on top of my alevels. I will be unable to do the course without a new laptop and fear i may not be able to raise enough on my own with my current wage and hours. Please Help. Any donations would be very much appreciated.
