after another Covid wave and the drastic but necessary measurements that have been taken place, Laos is now under strict lockdown. As a social enterprise I feel responsible for the consequences and economic disaster. Especially for the villagers we've trained and educated who live with their hands in the mouth.

BambooLao and Xonephao Disabled Persons Working group decided to team up again to support each other. During the first lockdown creativity had taken over the center. You can now not only purchase our environmental friendly bamboo straws but also BambooLao facial mask and bamboo cutlery made by the Xonepao team who are most effected by the pandemic. We are not just asking you for simple donation. You can also purchase handmade and local products from us. We urgently need your support in this tough times. And as most of the villagers have no voice or are not active on social media like me, I'm lending them mine.

And my birthday is in about 2 weeks and the greatest gift this year for me is to see everyone around the world ( excuse my modesty) either with our bamboo straws, cutlery or mask. It will take 2 weeks to deliver our products with Thai EMS from Laos to your country. And the transportation cost is 50$ and more expensive than the straws or masks. Not fair?! Guess what..
