language for foreigners

In italy there are many people from Russia and Ukraina but usually they are in small village, where nothing can helps them. i want at least to help them with a course of language: italian language for russians and ukrains people. i want rent a room school, i want engage a teacher, and I want buy all didactic support. i want to do this for don't let them in uncomfortableness way: because not language means not work and not consideration in small village. my project will be showed step by step.
