Landlord trying to evict us unlawfully!

Hello, everyone. The Landlord is trying to evict my roommate and I, without court order and only giving us three days which is against GA rental law. I am autistic and suffer from depression, and my roommate is gay. They claim we are 'undesirable' with the reason of trash and clutter. However despite cleaning it up and removing the majority of the clutter; they still claimed it wasn't good enough as we needed to get rid of everything but the bare minimums; which they only told to us the day before the eviction notice.So it feels like something fishy is going on there.

On top of this, The floor is falling apart due to a leak that's existed since we moved in and that the landlord has known about for years and not do anything about. We fear that they are going to try to also blame that on us somehow.
