You might be surprised why I am involving myself in politics. Truth be told being in politics never entered my mind until now. As a small business owner in Oroquieta City I am witness to the hardships the Oroquietanians have to endure because of disinterested leadership. Political kingpins who have no empathy towards the plight of the poor. When the call from the Pederalismo ng Dugong Dakilang Samahan (PDDS), headed by Commissioner Greco B. Belgica , came to invite me into the party to become one of the Party's Board Member Candidate for the 1st District of Misamis Occidental, I have no choice but to accept. No choice because it has always been my desire to do more than what I can do as an ordinary citizen in improving the plight of the poor - the marginalized. A close friend once told me, "I admire your advocacies but your problem is your efforts will never be enough until you have more power - which you will only have if you become more influential or get elected into office."

But, I can not do this without your support. Our party has a very strict policy against vote buying and we strongly stand against corruption. Your donation will be used to mobilize our volunteers and for printing of campaign materials. Please give according to what you can afford. I also encourage you to share this to your friends and families who share our vision for a corrupt-free leadership.

I am hoping you can contribute at least $25.00. However, as a way of showing my appreciation for your support, we will give a free PDDS shirt to anybody who will contribute $50 to our cause. We will also give a FREE PDDS shirt and an elegant PDDS pin for donors who will give $100 or more. I am sure you will be proud to wear our shirt and pin because it represents a noble cause. Please note also that we will deliver only to Philippines-based addresses to avoid paying for high cost of sending the items abroad. I hope you will understand.
