Ladders provides opportunities for personal development through creativity and the performing arts. Based in Leyton and Walthamstow (East London) the club is open to young people and children of all abilities, cultures and backgrounds.

All young people are encouraged to join the trainee programme in which they learn a wide range of skills working alongside artists and gradually take on increasing responsibility for delivering activities.

Ladders runs activities in schools and the in community. To see what we do see our website. The Ladders club is directed by the young people themselves with guidance from the coordinators and the management committee.
