Lack of a proper PC is causing me to fail my class

I have a huge problem. I am studying computer science at my university and due to the current coronavirus situation, all classes are online but that's where the problem is. With the classes being online, the students are expected to download and run programs. My PC, which is over 7 years old, is not strong enough to run any of these files and every time I try to open one it either force closes the app, restarts or, in the worst case scenario, wipes itself completely(this has happened twice before). Sometimes it keeps looping on "The blue screen of death". Because of this, I am falling behind the other students. I've tried getting a job but no one's hiring due to the virus and I've no money. We also have to start 3d modeling in a few weeks which worries me very much because I'm sure that it would completely kill my current hardware. So please, to anyone who reads this, please donate to help me buy a PC. My goal is $800.

It took a long time and a lot of courage for me to write this. I even had to use my mother's PayPal account (with her permission) because the country I'm from does not support it(She's in another country that supports paypal).
