- Girl friend of mine in her 40s, for the past few years has been suffering from depression lack of self confidence and unable to hold relationship, with lack of sexual performance due to psychological burdens stemming from dislike of the genital region .This is causing her to behave inhibited .For years she has been battling under the NHS and when she was assessed was told no funding available. It's having a huge impact in her everyday life such as not being able to go swimming due to embarrassment and it is causing enormous distress on her welfare.
