La Caridad is the Spanish word which means “The Charity”. It is the community non-profit organization for less fortunates in the Philippines nationwide. Giving them the proper education to know the value of life, and be more innovative to be able for them to help their families towards its new generations. And will minimize the number of underprivileged and disadvantaged in the country.

La Caridad was founded in November 2016 for the Out of School Youth, Street Children and Sea Gypsy in the country. La Caridad Foundation is non-governmental organization (NGO) is primarily conducted for helping the needs of our fellow Filipino citizens who are disadvantaged which aim to make their lives easier and comfortable. To provide them schools to study and become professionals with the greater possibilites in the future. As a non-governmental organization, we are funded by donations and run by volunteers.

From the new original concepts and ideas of the founder of Pink Cow Foods which will be the first fastfood chain restaurant in the Philippines of a nice cow skin print designs building with a quality signature standard brand for filipinos worldwide, La Caridad Foundation are giving food, socialized housing, insurance to homeless and calamity victims that require high priorities.

Poverty is one of the major problems in the Philippines so I may wish to help and make a soon to be opened charity for all filipinos nationwide including the ofw who needs help worldwide.

Being poor, nothing to eat, hard to find jobs and helpless really very wretched, deeply afflicted and it melts our hearts having that miserable life.

That is why a lot of people here in the Philippines learn how to steal, rub, use and sell drugs to earn a living.

This foundation will be for less fortunates, underprivileged, disadvantaged families to give them good foods, educations, workshops, and shelter including building of nursing homes, schools, socialized housing, outreach program for street children, training centers and rehabilitations for drug addicts, scholarships, offers jobs, medical assistance, burial assistance, memorial assistance, giving them insurance and more.

This foundation will also be hiring capable special people with disability :

1 - BLIND, DEAF, MUTE, PEOPLE ON WHEELCHAIRS - These people have lesser chance to become druggies specially they have good talents, they can easily look for food.

2 - ABUSED, ABANDONED - Since they are ABUSED AND ABANDONED, they have the tendency to become OUT of SCHOOL YOUTH as no one is taking good care of them anymore so they also have the chance to engage into drug addiction. Some of them are educated and manageable.

3 - DESERTED, BADJAO or THE "SEA GYPSIES" - DESERTED, most of them lives in the mountain, away from civilization, they can be illiterate and very innocent. While the BADJAO or THE "SEA GYPSIES" - they are clever, they have boats and know how to earn a living by all means.

4 - STREET CHILDREN - They started to learn new small things like stealing, snatching, and so curious about drugs. Great things start from small beginnings. Children are easy to handle than adults when given the proper counseling.

5 - OUT OF SCHOOL YOUTH - Very wise, they can see all the beauty in the environment. If they force to want their needs right away, they will resort into using drugs and start stealing and killing people, very dangerous. Since, they have no proper education so it would be a bit harder to manage and they need high care. Sometimes they insist on what they believe are right.

When taking into considerations about who among them are prone to drugs, who among them are the top priority and who are giving more problems in our society are the OUT OF SCHOOL YOUTH.

Giving them some assertive trainings and educations to develop self-esteem, self confidence, respect, belief in their abilities, their importance and value, giving them pride and dignity, and be proud of themselves.

For now, we will be concentrating and give focus on employing the Out of School Youth nationwide as they are more prone to dangerous drugs, thieves-rubbery syndicate compared to the rest of the less fortunates, underprivileged, and disadvantaged.

We really wish to help everyone, who needs most. For as long as the funding is enough why not help as much as possible and make them busy at all times but we can do that slowly.

1st project - will be for Out of School Youth.
2nd - Street Children and Badjao or the “Sea Gypsies”
3rd - Abused, Abandoned and Deserted
4th - People with Disability and Special Children
5th - Blind, Deaf, Mute

We will be creating more jobs in the Philippines.

As we believe working through hand in hand we can make our future better with the strength of unity and togetherness.

In accordance for our Out of School Youth, Street Children, and Sea Gypsy to maintain its existence and sustainability of La Caridad Foundation to continue to provide the needs of our less fortunates fellow Filipino citizens, we are increasing additional opportunities in time regarded for their future. La Caridad Foundation would like to run a restaurant to generate an income to let their parents work to earn income to help them experience the difference on how it feels working in the environment with some real business people in the society to be able to send their children to schools rather than scattering across the road begging for food and money.

In addition, La Caridad Foundation would like to venture the use of this profit to fund other projects and contribute to achieve the purchase of land for the main center of the La Caridad Foundation to try to get a direct funding from the income of the restaurant.
