KZ’s Dutch Sponsorship

I am hereby launching a campaign to raise funds for my sponsorship to stay in the Netherlands. Having recently graduated as a bachelor at 19, my dream has always been to stay in the Netherlands/EU. However, due to legal matters, my time here is limited.

Growing up in Indonesia, I have always wanted to explore the world and start my career in hopes to support my family and myself. I've always been taught to become independent, humble, and resourceful, which is why I've decided to explore my options in order to stay. I will start my full-time job in a start-up company that I'm mostly passionate about. I feel very humbled that they're willing to hire me even prior to my graduation and having set a start date. Nevertheless, the company is not recognised as a sponsor nor does it have sufficient funds yet, and the only way to do so is to follow a very complicated and costly procedure. At the moment, I am given a one-year working visa in which before it expires I would already be expected to take action in order to stay in the country.

I am not afraid to say that I'm an immigrant but I am seeking opportunities in the Netherlands for a better life. I hope hard work and dedication will reserve me a seat in this country. I will, if ever given the chance to, speak up about my experience(s) solely leaving my home country at a very young age and how, I, as an aspired young woman, can inspire others to act and create.
