im larry santiago 40 yrs old with four kids and sole bread winner of our family.orphan with both parents,
I am diagnose with chronic kydney deseases stage 5 (end stage) on december 31,2019.
We our family and friends co workers and neighborhood have been doing eveything we can to sustain my medical and medication needed.
I am applying for a goverment project of z package kydney transplant to end this illness to give my family a better future with your financial help and donation.
