Batangas is under a state of Calamity after Taal Volcano started erupting on Sunday, January 12, 2020. The number of evacuees has reached 40,000 and continues to rise. The volcano is still in Alert Level 4 as earthquakes continuously occur--a sign that magma movement is still very active. Thousands of families were forced to evacuate as the danger zones continue to be covered in ash and are threatened with recurring earthquakes and volcanic tsunami. Scientists warned of a bigger "hazardous eruption" that is imminent.

Children with special needs have added challenges during an emergency situation compared to typically developing children. For instance, some atypical kids may have difficulty communicating, moving from one place to another, adjusting to different and unfamiliar situations, cannot cope well with overwhelming sensory information, etc. This funding is specifically for giving aid to children with exceptionalities and their families victimized by the Taal Volcano eruption, especially those from Kaleidoscope Therapy and Learning Center (KTLC) in Lemery, Batangas. Some of the proceeds will also be shared to KTLC's staff who were also victimized and evacuated.

The donations will provide for the following:

- N95/surgical masks

- Food

- Water

- Sleeping mats, pillows, blankets, mosquito nets

- First aid supplies & medicines

- Toiletries & Basic hygiene kits.

Any amount that you will donate will be of big help especially to the children above-stated.
