Mother of 3 children in need of low back surgery due to severe sciatica. Kristina is no longer able to stand more than 5 min, vacuum, clean house, go for walks with her kids, any outside activity. She can not sit in a car long, bend down to pick anything up, or walk very long in a store to do household shopping. She had to take a medical retirement at work 5 years ago because the pain was so bad she could no longer sit at her desk and work. She suffers from chronic depression because her quality of life has changed because of the pain. So far she's had 6 cortisone epidural injections in her low back, 30 trigger point injections in her back, facet injection in sacral region, nerve oblation of the sciatic nerve. Along with many pain pills and chiro treatment. All attempts have failed. And as of now she is still searching for a doctor who knows what their doing to relieve her pain. So far we have not found a surgeon who deals with piriformas syndrome and sciatic nerve issues. Any special facility that might do this surgery is a facility that needs a down payment which this fundraiser is set up for, because her insurance won't cover all of it. So we are asking for help from generous people with caring hearts to contribute to this fund and get her relief of this pain that has burdened her life. She is 48 and her 3 kids are 13 and under. Surgery is needed so she can have a life with her husband and kids while she is young to participate Thank you.
