Koko’s Megacolon Surgery Fund

Hi good hearted humans!

Let me introduce myself, my name is KoKo. My mummy found me back in May 2013 it was raining and thundering when my mummy heard me crying helplessly, my eyes were swollen from getting bitten by the fiery red ants. (My cat mummy must have missed me while transporting me and my other siblings to another safer place.)

I was tiny, alone and trapped in between a green fence in Jurong Industrial area, there were alot of big lorries and buses. I am so scared that i cried so hard. My mummy rescued me and bring me back to my forever home. She brought me to the Vet the very next day to treat my eyes, I was malnourished.

Soon i recovered, and growing up healthily. But something happened. Unfortunately back in early 2015 i fell sick i could not poop for days i lost my weight and appetite. My mummy brought me to the Vet, that was when i was hospitalised and diagnosed with Megacolon.

I went through General Anaesthesia to remove my poop manually alongside with medication to keep my poop softer and easier to pass motion. Every now and then if i can't poop normally my mummy will bring me to the Vet for GA. It will always cost her $150 - $200.

But recently in 2017 my megacolon getting worser rather than going GA 3 - 6 Months once. Now i visit the Vet for GA, twice in a Month. The Vet suggested my mummy to go for the surgery as soon as possible as there is no other option but to go for this surgery to keep me going healthily. The Vet worried if they keep gassing me it will not be healthy for my liver and kidney.

Please help my mummy raise funds for my surgery, my mummy use to work but she has to quit her job back in 2015 to look after my grandma, she fell and suffered from spine compression. Leaving my daddy as a sole breadwinner.

My mummy and daddy loves me very much that they don't want to lose me. I loves my mummy and daddy so much that I want to be with them forever and ever in my forever home. Thank you for funding my surgery. I will always keep my prayers for all of you good hearted humans.
