Help Koko’s Daddy Build Rare Bird Aviary

I am thinking basically netting with several tall stands in the middle and other supporting poles, and also combined with wire mesh panel in some parts.

Actually I have been caring several birds in a plain cage made from bamboo. But the cages isn't durable and predator (civet and free cats) can break through into it easily. Even almost all parts has gotten mouldy. (picture below is the broken cage).

Therefore, to keep the birds safe, I place them in several small cages now. The bird I have are Javan white-eye, red geokichla and a pycnonotus species (see pictures in the image gallery). I'm looking to get them a new, safe and bigger aviary.

Based on my watching in my area, in my everyday live, there're only 3 to 5 bird species can still be found wandering around. Another birds (which my parents always told me that they're used to be easy to see flying and perched free around house), now can only be found in the bird market. Birds are being captured for pet/decoration, kept in small beautiful cages and also for singing competition.

And for that reason, on top of this my dream bird aviary project, in the future, when the birds breed by themselves or with my help, I will release some of their new generations to the nature. And also, someday it may grow and become a mini bird park!

Your donation will be spent on metal poles, wire netting, wire mesh, gravel for covering the ground, cement, several trees, roof cover for shading area, etc.
