What we are trying to do with this project is push the boundaries of how student television productions are run and executed, in all aspects. From creating a uniform team that functions optimally, to being able to use good locations and production design to put together a beautiful graduation project, and in the process acquiring our Bachelor's Degree in Motion Picture in a professional manner.
Expenses that we have include:
-Make up and Costumes.
-Transporting of Crew, Cast and Equipment.
How soon we need the funds:
We are shooting in 4 weeks and have our final pitch (which is part of our exam) in 3 weeks, so we would need roughly 60% the funds by latest the 26th September, and 100% by the 10th of October. The reason why we couldn't start this earlier is because due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our first semester project extended into our 2nd semester- causing everything in this semester to be tightly packed.
Being our final project at school, this project is very near and dear to our hearts. Each and every one of us in the crew want to create something spectacular, something that goes beyond what is expected of student filmmakers. We would like to create something that isn't only good "for a production created through a pandemic", but something that is good period. With this being said, any and every contribution to the creation and completion of this production from you would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
