Knowledge transfer website for IT programmers

In between my busy schedule of programming, I usually publish my codes and training videos in my website mentioned above. Though it is not properly organized at this point. But I would like to revamp my training website and publish interactive videos so an aspiring entry level computer programmer can gain industry level experience by watching my web series.

My videos and content usually follow a practical approach. I work on Android , IOS mobile application development, Front end and full stack technologies. My experience here gets converted as training. I write and code on screen and produce issues and solve in a natural way. This approach has worked in my corporate training programs as I emulate the same scenario how a programmer would have to work in real world.

Now I would like to take my work forward. I would like to create a simple and interactively built knowledge transfer and training video site for coders. Kindly help
