Knee Reconstruction surgery for ACL injury

Hello im Andrew Carreon humbly asking for your kindness. I had this injury in a basketball game way back November 25, 2017. My knee got swollen right away after that incident. I was rush to the hospital without any single money that time good thing and by God's grace my friend lend me some money to be able to compensate then xray,and other bills on that time.

2 weeks that i cant walk properly, because of the swollen left knee and the excruciating pain im experiencing that time. Then a week later i've decided to seek an orthophedic doctor. Then based on the doctor initial findings he said that i've possibly had a partial ACL tear and Menisc2us tear which is the most feared injury of any athlete. He ask mo to have an MRI on my left knee to really verify my injury. But due to lack of budget and money i wasnt able to have an MRI. Which cost around $180.

I dont have choice but to continue my work, byt the way im a Foreign Language Teacher. Im current teaching Mandarin. But being a bread winner of the family (im only with my mom) because i dont have any siblings to help me with. My income was not that enough to compensate the necesaary expense specially for my knee, so i've opted the MRI procedure and work even though im feeling something very wrong with my left knee.

Moving forward up to this date. Just yesterday. Febuary 6, 2019 i just have my MRI procedure, with a help of my friend. As the result came out, the initial findings of the Doctor was right that i have a partial ACL TEAR which needs a knee surgery, reconstruction and rehab. If you guys are familiar with the injury of sone athletes or NBA players like the best example is Derrick Rose whom he injured his knee several times. So it would take time to heal and be back to normal but on top of that it would be needing a huge amount of money for here in the Philippines the cost of ACL knee surgery would cost around php250k to php300k or around $5k to $7.5k. I dont have amount now for i am the only one working for me and for my mom. O want my knee to be back to normal so that i can live a normal guy the way i used to be. Having this kind of knee is very difficult. My mobility was limited, i cant stand for a long period of time.

So im here asking for your kindness to help me for my knee reconstruction. From the bottom of my heart i really appreciate any amount of help you will be giving. Thank you.
