KIYO NEEDS HELP PLEASE 
This dog is not PREGNANT, he has ASCITES. This 7month old baby was referred to Animal Kingdom Foundation (AKF) for rescue. His owners have no financial capacity to bring him to a vet for treatment. Ascites can be fatal if not treated the earliest.
AFK team arranged Kiyo’s transport to their partner vet clinic - Vets on the Block. Upon check-up and tests, it was found out that Kiyo has parasites that caused the accumulation of fluids in his body.
Their partner vet had to aspirate some of the fluids to lessen Kiyo’s discomfort, a TOTAL of 4 LITERS was drained.
He is also MALNOURISHED, has SEVERE ANEMIA, and POOR LIVER FUNCTIONS. He is currently on medication for the treatment and will be put on a special diet to make get him back in good health.
